Our Friends Subscriptions have been held at the same rate as previously. Individual Membership £10 Joint Membership £15 Family Membership £20 We also welcome additional donations and if you are a UK tax payer you can Gift Aid your subscriptions, we can recover from the tax man another £2.50 for every £10 you donate. Friends of Auchindrain Volunteers Wanted Friends News Membership Subscriptions The Friends of Auchindrain is an independent charity (registered number SC004384) that exists to support the work of The Auchindrain Trust. Because of its legal structure individuals cannot join the Trust itself, so the Friends exists instead, working alongside the Trust to preserve and manage Auchindrain. Members of the Friends can work as volunteers on the site, or from home to help with research or in other ways. If you have some time to spare, there is always plenty to be done, so please email or telephone to see how you can help. However, if you can't help out and just want to stay in touch, that's fine too. The Friends also raise money for the Trust that it can use to “match” against grants to improve Auchindrain, and elect a representative who serves on the Trust itself. Friends receive year-round free entry to Auchindrain, and an annual newsletter. Those who are on email can also opt in to get regular news updates and information about forthcoming events that may interest them. One event each year is combined with a special Friends meeting that includes a guided tour highlighting new developments.

Membership Subs.

At the end of March, all subscribed member, previous members and those who have expressed an interest in becoming a friend, should have received our first newsletter for a number of years and it’s pull-out supplement showing all the events which took place last year. We hope that all friends will renew their subscription this year as we need your support to help the Trust to keep Auchndrain alive. If you have not yet taken out a friends subscription then we would encourage you to subscribe now. It is so easy and you can now subscribe on-line below. So what’s new! You will have read that there is a brand new Tearoom and refurbished Visitor Centre. It was planned to be open on 1st April, but due to problems getting the mains water supply connected it was delayed. But it was worth waiting for, as Angie is busy preparing her menus. Volunteers Wanted

Join us Today The Trust needs your help to provide financial support and where possible assist as a volunteer at Auchindrain in the grounds, the reception, the tearoom or on special projects. Friends of Auchindrain are entitled to unlimited FREE entry to Auchindrain, priority booking for events and have an annual buffet and drinks reception. Friends also receive an annual newsletter informing them about new developments at Auchindrain.
